Refund & Return Policy

We must receive a written request via email to trinity@symbio.vision if you need to cancel your attendance at Next Chapter.  We will offer a 50% refund up to 1 week before the retreat start date.  This means by 12 pm on Sunday of the week prior to the retreat.  After 12 pm on Sunday of the week prior to the retreat, there will be no refunds given.  If the latter is your circumstance, we will allow your payment to be applied as a credit toward another date. Alternately, you can gift it.
