SymbioKRAUT, NuTrishUs Spread, SymbioSHADES & SymbioSCENTS: All Symbio products are designed and created with Love and the utmost care. Also, we are human and sometimes things happen that are out of our control. If there are quality issues with any of our products please send us an email at trinity@Symbio.vision and let us know. We will do our best to make sure you get a replacement product or a store credit. Our goal is always to provide you with the most beneficial experience. However, if we cannot come to a resolution together, we will send you a refund.

DREAMjunction Retreat: Tickets are non-refundable. We can offer you a credit for the next event or you may gift it to a loved one instead. Please send an email to trinity@Symbio.vision to request.

TheRedTent: Registration is non-refundable. We can offer you a credit for the next event or you may gift it to a loved one instead. Please send an email to trinity@Symbio.vision to request.

NEXTchapter Retreat: We must receive a written request via email at trinity@symbio.vision if you need to cancel your attendance to NEXTchapter. We can offer a 50% refund up to 1 week before the retreat start date. Within one week of the start date/time of the retreat, there will be no refunds issued. Alternately, you can gift it to a loved one. Please send an email request if this is your circumstance.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF ALL RISKS:

FIRST & FOREMOST: Your experience here begins in the heart. This is a safe, inclusive space of non-judgment. Guests and participants are expected to hold each other in compassionate regard, and to interact with each other with respect. The intention behind these guidelines helps to create a world where we can truly thrive together – nature included. Oneness consciousness is about being aware and mindful as to how we affect ourselves, others, the space around us and nature.

To organize and advance as human beings, we must first learn to take responsibility for ourselves, our actions and the impact we make on the spaces and individuals we interact with. A clear space within creates a clear space on the outside. Change starts from within.

In consideration of and in exchange for being permitted to participate in the DREAMjunction retreat organized by 2863602 ONTARIO INC. (Symbio) on Saturday, July 29th, 2023 and/or use of the property, facilities and services made available by Morning Dew Meadows (4875 Sideline 12, Claremont, ON, L0H-1H0), I acknowledge, appreciate, and agree that I am voluntarily participating in the events, exercises, and practices of the DREAMjunction retreat, and I agree to all of the following:

AGREEMENT TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS. I agree to observe and obey all posted rules and warnings including verbal and further agree to follow any oral instructions or directions given by the employees, associates, facilitators, representatives, agents, or volunteers of 2863602 ONTARIO INC. If, however, I observe any unusual significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring such to the attention of the nearest representative immediately.
I declare that I will always apply the techniques taught, including but not limited to breathing exercises and physical exercises, in a safe environment and unforced. I understand that the breathing exercise has a profound effect and should be practiced in the way it is explained. I will never practice the techniques before or during driving, diving, swimming, taking a bath or any other environment/place where it might be dangerous to faint.
GUEST RESPONSIBILITY & HOUSEKEEPING RULES. This is a “leave no trace and respect the space” event. Treat this space just like your home. Do not wear outdoor shoes inside. Dress for the weather as we will be spending time in nature. Bring long sleeves and bug spray for dusk and dawn. No weapons, drugs or alcohol permitted.
ASSUMPTION OF THE RISKS. I recognize on behalf of self, spouse, heirs, estate and assigns the risk of injury from the activities involved in this program. I recognize that bodily injuries and/or death, can occur in sports or activities involving height or motion, the activities including but not limited to breath work, meditation, dancing, yoga, training routines, running, climbing, hiking and other physical exercises, and may be caused by terrain, facilities, temperature exposure/changes, weather conditions, forces of nature, civil unrest, condition of participants, equipment, breathing exercises, lack of hydration, injuries inflicted by animals, insects, plants, vehicles, or other factors. While particular rules, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of injury still does exist. I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF 2863602 ONTARIO INC., and their employees, associates, facilitators, representatives, agents, or volunteers. I assume full responsibility for my participation.
RELEASE. I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, agents, administrators, trustees, executors, successors, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS 2863602 ONTARIO INC., their officers, agents, employees, associates, facilitators, representatives, agents, volunteers, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event, for any and all bodily injury, emotional trauma, disability, death, or loss or damage to person or property arising in any way out of my presence upon any facilities where DREAMjunction related programming and/or training is taking place, whether caused by the fault of myself, 2863602 ONTARIO INC., or other associated third parties, to the fullest extent permitted by law. If any portion of this agreement is unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect. Under no circumstances shall 2863602 ONTARIO INC. be liable to any guest or participant for more than the cost of the retreat experience. 2863602 ONTARIO INC. shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for bodily injury or property damage for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to the following causes: acts of God, detention, annoyance, weather, quarantines, strikes, civil disturbance, theft, or negligence. 2863602 ONTARIO INC. reserves the right to substitute accommodations, facilitators, and to alter the itinerary when deemed necessary or advisable; reserves the right to decline, to accept, or to retain any person whose actions, physical or mental health condition impede the welfare or enjoyment of other retreat guests; is not responsible for any physical, mental, emotional, or any other reaction, trauma, or ailment during the retreat or occurring afterwards, that participants may experience from any leaders, workshops, or sessions with employees, associates, facilitators, representatives, agents, or volunteers.
INDEMNIFICATION. I agree to indemnify and save harmless 2863602 ONTARIO INC., their officers, officials, agents and/or employees, their heirs, agents, administrators, trustees, executors, successors, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin from any and all claims of any nature or kind whatsoever, causes of action, suits, and complaints, which may in any way arise from my use of the facilities made available by 2863602 ONTARIO INC. and my participation in any events. I further agree to indemnify 2863602 ONTARIO INC., their officers, officials, agents and/or employees, their successors, heirs and assigns from any legals costs which may be incurred in negotiating, settling, defending, with or without a court action having been commenced, any such claim or claims howsoever arising.
NO DURESS. I agree and acknowledge that I am under no pressure or duress to accept this agreement and that I have been given a reasonable opportunity to review it before agreeing to it.
ARM’S LENGTH AGREEMENT. This Agreement and each of its terms are the product of an arms’ length negotiation between the Parties. In the event any ambiguity is found to exist in the interpretation of this Agreement, or any of its provisions, the Parties, and each of them, explicitly reject the application of any legal or equitable rule of interpretation which would lead to a construction either “for” or “against” a particular party based upon their status as the drafter of a specific term, language, or provision giving rise to such ambiguity.
ENFORCEABILITY/SEVERABILITY. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of this Agreement, whether standing alone or as applied to a particular occurrence or circumstance, shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of this Agreement or of any other application of such provision, as the case may be, and such invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed not to be a part of this Agreement.
PHOTOGRAPH LICENSE. I understand while participating in this event, I may be filmed or photographed. I grant a license to the activity organizer and affiliates to use my photo, video, or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose, including advertising for 2863602 ONTARIO INC. and acknowledge that I will not make a claim to any profits received in connection thereby.
GOVERNING LAW. This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario. In the event of a dispute arising out of or in any way relating to this document or 2863602 ONTARIO INC. activity to which it refers, jurisdiction and venue shall be the Ontario Superior Court of Justice , and only in those courts. I will hereby attorney to the exclusive jurisdiction of this Court for this purpose. The parties irrevocably waive any objections or defences based on lack of personal jurisdiction, improper venue, or forum non convenience. To the extent allowed by law, the parties waive their right(s) to a jury trial in any action arising out of or in connection with this document or 2863602 ONTARIO INC. activity to which it refers. The parties further agree that any claims, disputes, or actions of any kind shall be resolved individually and without resort to any form of class action.

I acknowledge and confirm that I have carefully read this agreement and have had the opportunity to seek the advice of legal counsel as to the nature and effect of this agreement. I understand all of the terms, and agree to it voluntarily and with knowledge of the consequences thereof.

I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS. I ACCEPT THAT THIS AGREEMENT IS EFFECTIVE UPON PURCHASE OF MY TICKET FOR DREAMjunction THROUGH THE SYMBIO WEBSITE AND THAT A DIGITAL SIGNATURE IS NOT REQUIRED.
