I’m grateful you found me, and that I have the opportunity to share a little about myself…
My name is Trish. I am a daughter, a mother, a sister, a woman, a friend, a maternal soul doing my best to live this human experience to its fullest.
What I get most excited about are healthy food that nourish the mind-body connection, good music, dancing & singing, communing with nature and fostering deep connections with people.
I Love people and am very optimistic about the future of humanity and our beautiful Mother Earth. I Love to create spaces for people, especially women, who are ready to grow, evolve, and call JOY back into their lives.
My own journey with depression and ill health, after years of neglect, inspired me and I felt a deep calling to support others on their own journeys. I am a student of life and have a voracious appetite to learn as much as I can. As a holistic practitioner and intuitive guide I work with those who value mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health, a balanced holistic life.
Every day I make a conscious choice to wake up with Love and gratitude in my heart. This is the simplicity of life that keeps me grounded and centered. I feel my greatest work is to bring people back to their true essence, back to themselves, back to nature, and to be a channel for unconditional Love, as this is what the world needs more than anything right now.

I remember thinking,
"I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired!"
For years I struggled through life, with chronic stress, burnt out, and mental & physical exhaustion. In 2011, after a diagnosis of depression, I made the decision to take my power back and heal my mind and body through holistic practices. As I began to implement these lifestyle changes I saw so many positive results not only in myself but also in my family.
This fueled my spirit to become a holistic nutritionist. I learned the importance of nutrition, holistic living, healing and wellness. As I was learning, regaining my health and beginning to THRIVE again, I knew I had to help others do the same.
I continued to learn more holistic modalities such as breathwork, intuitive movement, and life coaching through neuro-linguistic studies. With all these powerful tools I now host online programs, and in-person events & retreats to empower people to take back control of their life and health.
Healing is non-linear.
It can be confusing to know how or where to even begin to make the changes you know you need to make to
FEEL GOOD!
But it doesn’t have to be, and you don’t have to do it alone!

I see you...
Although it may seem that you have the exact symptoms or health problems as someone else, what works for them may not work for you. It has taken you years to get where you are now in terms of your health. Years of living life the way you were taught and years of living with habits and beliefs you thought were “right” but might not be serving you any longer.
As a holistic wellness practitioner and a student of life, I am dedicated to learning as much as I can, not only about the human body, but also about human nature.
HOLISM: [1] the theory that parts of a whole are in intimate interconnection, such that they cannot exist independently of the whole, or cannot be understood without reference to the whole, which is thus regarded as greater than the sum of its parts; [2] the treatment of the whole person, taking into account mental, social and lifestyle factors, rather than just the symptoms of an illness.
You were born pure, whole and complete.
Then somewhere along the way life got hard and confusing, and you weren’t taught how to navigate these feelings. So you started to do and say things that maybe didn’t feel so natural, but made you feel accepted. Maybe you felt misunderstood, or like there was something wrong with you.
There is nothing wrong with you. You are still pure, whole and complete. You only need some guidance to help you remember.
